A capture page is designed to collect subscribers that will get your emails and buy your products. A marketing funnel is the follow-up emails that promote your products. Your product can be anything that helps people with a problem. A good product could be a "how-to" guide on blogging. An e-book on gardening could be good as well.

However, you don't need to create your own products, or even your own marketing funnel. You can promote affiliate programs that already have these things in place. This is the low stress way to build a business at home. You can leverage other people's work.

But there is one thing that nobody can do for you. That would be doing the actual work. You need to advertise your lead capture page to collect leads and generate sales. The follow-up emails will sell your products for you. So you only need to focus on one thing. That one thing is traffic, or people to your capture page. When you can focus your efforts on advertising your capture page, you will have great results. But focus is the key to your success. Without focus, you will surely fail.

The good news is that you only need a few hours each day to work on your business. With the "selling and telling" taken care of for you, it's easy to just focus on traffic generation. This only takes a few hours each day if you write. And less than that if you are purchasing paid advertising. My advice would be to do a little bit of both.
