Why So Many People Fail to Make Money Online

There are fundamental reasons for why people fail to make any money online. Not many people have the motivation to stay focused. They would rather watch Netflix all day instead of working their business. I'm not saying this is a bad thing, but when you are first starting out, you need to stay focused until your business is making good money. If you don't stay focused, you'll never get to that beautiful 2 hour work day that most people envy.

In order to build your business successfully, you need to focus on income producing activities. What are income producing activities? Well, it's anything that will get people to purchase your products. Shooting videos and sharing them with your prospects is a wonderful activity. Purchasing paid advertising is also a great activity to focus on.

Anything that will lead to someone purchasing your products is an income producing activity. Don't do activities that "might possibly" produce a sale. Don't worry about trying to sell to everyone, because not everyone is going to be interested in what you are marketing. Here's a great income producing activity that will make you more money at home:

Write a blog post that is about some trending topic. If there is a trending topic that is really hot, write about it. Maybe shoot a video about it and then publish it to your blog. Then share your blog post with your Facebook followers or anyone who has given you permission to share content with them. When people read your post and think it's awesome, they will be much more likely to purchase something from you if you have a good "call to action" at the end of your content. Something like, "Thanks for stopping by my blog. Are you interested in earning an income with your own blog? If so, check this out!"

Then you provide a link to your lead capture page or website sales page. So why do people fail? People fail because they don't stay consistent with their marketing efforts. They give up too soon. They think that they can plant a magic bean and watch a huge money tree spring from the ground raining hundred-dollar bills. This is silly! It won't happen. But what will happen?

You'll build a real business with real effort. You'll establish a customer base over time and life will become much more interesting for you. No matter what your income goals are, or what you are doing to produce that income, always remember that focus and consistent action will get you there.
